On which basis have you chosen the brands you distribute?
They are trademarks with whom we have been collaborating and working with for over 10 years. They have been chosen for the quality of their products, which are recognized and appreciated worldwide.

Why some of the products in the catalogue of these companies are not part of your offer?
Some companies have very large catalogues, for this reason it was necessary to make a selection of products. Some items are also difficult to sell online because of the wide range of material, finishes, colours…

Can we order products that are not included in the site but who are in the catalogue of the companies?
Certainly. As we are official dealers we can sell any item of these companies. You have simply to call us so we can make an offer!

Are all the articles original?

Of course. We have been the official retailer for these companies for over 10 years. However, you may also purchase your items directly in our stores.

How long does the delivery take?
For items we have in stock, the delivery takes up to a week. For other items, the delivery can take up to a maximum of 3 weeks.

How much does the delivery cost and which courier do you use?
We work with UPS, DHL, SDA and Bartolini and the International Shipping costs are €25,00.


Which discounts can you have?
The discounts depend on the supplier and the conditions of sale they impose us. Some of them allow us to offer you discounts, while others don’t. You have an extra 3% discount if you buy more than 1000,00 €.

Do you change the price lists?
The prices in these lists may change without notice for reasons beyond our control. We always reserve the right to refuse orders in case of errors and / or omissions.

 

Can we return the goods?

The right shall be governed by the regulations that is: when the buyer receives the goods for any reason if it is not satisfied with the purchase has 14 days to return the goods, the maximum time to go back and return the product.

After communicating the will to return the goods, the consumer now has another 14 days to send back the purchased products to the shopkeeper: within these same 14 days, the trader shall provide to refund the amount paid by the purchaser to purchase.

The customer will have to send the product properly wrapped and packaged, DesignPerClick not accept returned damaged, but kept in normal condition, kept with the use of reasonable diligence. Will not be replaced or refunded products damaged by detergents / additives, or products damaged by the customer for incompetence. The customer must put in the packing box copy of the delivery note received. The risks of transport for the return of the products are fully charged to the customer.

The cost of the return shipping to the consumer.

If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the present terms of sale, DesignPerClick reimburse the sums paid by the customer to the credit card or Pay Pal account or through the bank account details communicated by the same. The refund will be free, within thirty days from the date on which DesignPerClick became aware of the right of withdrawal by the customer.

As provided for by Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n. Dall'art.55 and 206 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal covered by these Conditions of Sale shall not apply to goods made to specifications or clearly personalized or which by their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.

When returning from countries outside the EU all the costs of transportation, customs and VAT are charged to the consumer.


Do we need to specify the cause of the return?
Absolutely NOT. You may return any product just because you do not like the colour of it!
